Question Performer 440 and Stock Throttle Linkage

Hello,

Just wanted to see if anyone had a trick way of getting the throttle cable and tranny kick down linkage working on this combo: Either a Demon or Holley Carb and the Edelbrock Performer 440 Intake. It is a 1969 Dodge Charger R/T- Always had the 440 (Never touched, either! This car has been in the family since 76, and we were ready to wake it up a bit!

I'm interested in maintaining the correct geometry and alignment while keeping it as close to the stock setup as possible. I have a few ideas/sketches on creating an adapeter bracket to raise the existing linkage up to match, but I'm sure someones done this exact same upgrade before, and would like to hear a few tried and true methods!

It is so sweet... We just fired it all up after bolting on the Edelbrock heads, Demon Carb, 8.5MM MSD's, TTI Headers, MP Ign...

(Gave all these coffee can-rice racers around here something to listen to for a change!)

Thanks for any help!
