I want to run slant six torsion bars in my big block dart.How safe are ? Could they break ?

If there aren't any cracks or deep nicks, I think they will be fine. Thats what some people recommend for use at the strip. Gives more front end lift (but you probably already knew that, right?). If you're going to use your Dart mostly on the street or highway, I'd go with big block bars. But then I tend to play it on the safe side, and go more for good handling.

I went with the 6cyl bars on my '70 dart and hated them and I am running a 360. I switched to the 318 bars and love them. I am mostly street with occasional strip.
