head gaskets
I'm sitting here again eating my Triscuits and Cheese Whiz thinking about my Mopar as usual. I want more Compression! I've looked and looked and finally found my rubber valve cover gaskets, but I am yet to find the .018-.020 compressed head gaskets for my small block. I saw that Mr. Gasket has them for the BB, but no luck so far. Anyone know where to get these? I know these alone won't do the trick, but they are part of the equation. Thanks again,

I think the .024" composition gaskets are the thinnest available for small blocks unless someone makes a steel shim.

watch out
Watch how thin you go we used thin cheaper head gaskets to try to raise our compression on our race car from 12.5:1 to 13:1 and even with head studs we blew two sets then we ran the felpro blues with steel rings + haven't touch them in two years.I think factory head gaskets are steel but I don't know the thickness.
