Question Comp. Ratio Question

BUILDING A +.030 440 FOR BRACKET RACING IN MY 1970 DUSTER, MY PISTONS ARE AN OLD MOPAR PART #P3690834. SUPPOSED TO BE AN 11.5:1 PISTON. MY DECK HEIGHT IS .052 AND I PLAN TO USE THE E-BROCK HEADS WITH 84CC CHAMBERS AND THE REQUIRED GASKET IS .O41 THICK. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE DOME AREA IS IN CC'S, SO HOW DO I FIGURE THE EXACT RATIO?

Assuming the engine is on a stand and can be leveled, set the piston at .500 down and seal the circumference with vasoline. cc it and compare with calculated cc at .500 minus the the .052.
