I have a 450 stroker in my street rod and i have a problem'it swells the vally pan upward if it rev's past 6000 rpm ' the sweet spot is about 6800 rpms' it has kb flat tops 60 over ss rings and the end gaps are 34 just like they want it tobe any help?

We have had the same problem before.What we did was to run a Vac-U-Pan system,where the breathers are connected to the headers.This may not be the hot tip for a street car.On a street car,I'd run a PCV valve.

well i do run it on the street' have a pcv and one breather on the valve cover. i think i'm going to put one in the valley pan also . thanks for you input

My guess is that you have either a pcv that is not working properly or the wrong kind of pcv or you have more blow by past the rings than you should. Have you done a leakdown test to caeck the ring seal?
