No, I haven't bought one from Indy.
My 451 stroker short block came from Muscle Motors (they built the short block to my specs), and the only problem I had was it got some wood chips in the engine because the shipping pallet broke. They really need a better way of shipping, like in one of the plastic engine crates. Shipping cost about $300. Other than that the engine has ran great, no problems at all.
