Correct rims for 74 `cuda

My fender tag has no code for wheels, but on the broadcast sheet line 4 under wheels there are 3 spots:ROAD- 58/COLOR -TX8/SPARE-55. Also on line 12 under WH/COV 4 spots :COVERS- 00/ROAD WHEELS-21/PAINTED WHEELS-OO/ONE MORE BLANK-00. any one know what wheels are correct for my car?
