yes a 360 from a car will fit into a truck or ramcharger.
you will have to install a oilpan for a truck as they have a rear sump pan and cars have a center sump pan.
you might have good luck looking in old vans too many had 360 in them.
good luck at the yards

360's came out in '71 so you will have to look at '71 and newer models for this engine.

I looked at doing this for my Ramcharger, but when I ran the numbers, it was only a couple hundred more to put in a 440. Think about it - it is a clean swap and you gain gobs of horsepower and torque. It adds about 100 pounds to your front end, but if you use an aluminum intake and water pump, and tube headers, you actually wind up lighter than an all iron 360.
Hedman makes headers for this application that you can get for around $100 from P.A.W. Good luck!

True - my Ramcharger is a 4 speed with granny low. Maybe a 75 or 80 pound difference in 727 vs. 904????
