Default Shumacker engine torque strap.

Got my Shumacker engine torque strap today.
"It's a thing of beauty",
My first project tomorrow is to install this thing, I can't wait.

Hmmmmm.Small things amuse small minds.

If it's Shumacker it's gotta be good.
I'm thinking on getting a set of Tri-y headers from them.
They look like Ma Mopars answer to proper exhaust.

Default got one too

I installed one of these last Fall, after I encountered some engine movement while racing. Indeed, they are a thing of beauty ... and they work excellent! Enjoy.

How much are they? Any welding required?

No welding required but recomended. I used one on my Cuda with the the 360 engine. I also have the March serpintine pulleys. I had a little interference and mounted the unit in the Big block position. not the small block position.
NOTE: I do not have the correct drivers engine mount. It's from a 318.
Engine movement is not gone but is kept to a min.
Easy as pie (For those that bake) to put in.

71scamp & anyone else thinking of doing one; There a cake walk.

Ya, I had an engine mount brake on me in high gear one time. Believe me, it's a scary feeling.
And the chain I was using left alot to be desired.
This Schumacker torque strap is good insurance and money well spent.
