I want everyone's ideas on how to squeeze horse out of an engine when getting a complete rebuild.

I would say that "the sky is the limit". Really depends on how much you want to spend, but the hi-performance cam is a necessity. I would also go with a nice set of pistons and a hi-performance ignition, exhaust, and intake system consisting of an Airaid. I read where one guy added a Paxton supercharger to a stock 4.0 in a Jeep Renegade, and the stats were phenominal!
