Looking for other Mopar circle track teams to trade tips and info with.
We are currently running a 99 Avenger on dirt with a 'B' body torsion bar front clip and tube frame, powered by a 360 +.030. Have to run McCreary 286-60 DOT Tires.

Hi Mopar Trac:

I run a Wissota Modified with a small block for power. My chassis is a '96 Champion Chassis (IMCA) from Enid, Ok. I have been doin this for some 15 or so years, and will be glad to help where I can.

Are you familiar with Greg Ferris, Emo, ONT? He runs a 400 in a modified and dominates most places he runs. I spoke with his engine builder and said don't worry about the weight. Leo Burkhardsmeier used to run big blocks too. He now runs some IMCA and uses Chebbys. He also quit winning....

As for myself, I ran enduros this year. I am going to move up to either pure stock or outlaw street. Ideas?

The big block engine is no doubt a power house to be sure! I'll be the first to say if that is the way you want to go by all means "go for it"
The best advice I could give anyone racin is to do your homework on the chassis and remember that you have a powerplant that has more power than anyone else! That means you will be carring more speed into the corners than anyone else, so make sure you have a chassis that will corner with the best of them.
Let me know what chassis you are going to go with and I'll do the best I can to help
