Modern radio in a Cuda
Has anyone put a new sound system that was hidden in a Cuda. I want to show my car when I get done working on it. I want a modern radio but I don't want it very visible

A good solution is to mount the CD player in the glove box. Also pretty easy to take the box out and make an actual subpanel to mount it. Only downside is that U will lose any storage capability from the box...

box
some companies now are reproducing the old kleenex holders guys used to hook under there dash + the head unit mounts in the box that way it has a 60's look with the security you need + if you tuck the wires up no one will be the wiser.check with your dealer or my classic cars website I think they showed it once

Checkout a place called Antique Auto Radio-on the web. They make conversion kits for your stock radio. One of there dealers will modify the internals so all the circuitry is up to date, but it looks stock. they can do Xm , AM/FM , cd players ect. About 400 bucks for the base conversion with CD inputs.
