Default Need opinions on headers for my 360 with edelbrock heads!

Well my 360 shortblock(10:1) should be here in about a month or so and i already picked up my edelbrock heads and i need to pick up a set of headers. I have no clue as to what to get, i picked up a set of hedmans and well they are pretty crappy to say the least(i got the $100 ones). Well i wanted to replace them but i need to know who makes a good set of headers for my truck that will match the edelbrock heads nicely, and i pretty much have no clue!!

Watchout for a positive deck height on the pistons. I also have the 10-1 short block and was greeted by this surprise. The problem is that the piston will hit the closed chambered Edelbrock head. Fel-Pro makes a .054 thick gasket that will help the problem out well.

Now your question about headers. In my Cuda, I used Hooker SUPER Comps. I don't know if they have a bigger tube for the truck in a s/b application. But the bigger tubes should be worth it.
Hooker has a great rep. I wonder if tti makes a set for the truck?

i think im going to go with the hooker comps, they are 16 gauge and tehy dont make the super comps to fit my truck

Anyways, do you have the part number for that gasket??

I'll post it later for you and everyone else. It seems to be in demand.

Default Brooklyn huh? Gotta love the pizza in Brooklyn!

RALPH;

I have gone to a few. I never joined due to a bad taste in my mouth from a few of there members. As well as the other U.S.A. club that I was apart off.
(HEY PETE!!! WHERES THE MONEY!!! YOU BASTARD!!) HA HA HA HA HA HAH AH AH A HA HA HAHA HA HA HA HA HA H A HA HA HA!!!

Also have gotten very involved with/at my job and my little girl (Now 7 ) takes up all my spare time. And I have no complaint about it. I might show up at a few meetings this year. Good people there.

I'm not sure where they are meeting these days. They left Dunkin Doughnuts for the park just due east of the former location. In Bethpage. I think thats Bethpage???
Many off people from the old club went over to Franks club. I like Frank. Seems very nice. Love the supercharger on the Cuda.
