Default converter question

what is the difference between an 8" converter with 4200 stall and a 10" converter with 4200 stall

I would think it's a lot like why some people go with small block, and some go big. Rotating mass, weight, have a lot to do with how quick RPM's will raise, how well things are balanced, and weight considerations. More weight, I believe would be more power loss in that part of the transfer. Best I can think of.

the smaller converter,because it weighs less will take off harder,and accelerate faster
