Default numbers

I'm looking for a couple of nembers. What would be the max lift on a SB without marring walls for valve clearance, and what would be the flow numbers for 302 heads?
318 w/ .040 deck shave, 302 heads (ported) with .030 shave, steel shim gaskets, unsure of cr on pistons.
