Question

I have a "98" Dakota 4x4 club cab that i would like to "chip" or put a performance module in, but i also want to change the shift points and the firmness of the shift.
Does the JET stage 1 or 2 change the firmness of the shift, if not which module or computer manufacturer does, if any? Mopar?
Thanks.

Don't buy a JET chip you will be disapointed. The one I had was junk. Asked for a refund after i sent it back for repair. They kept it for two weeks +, when they should have sent me a replacement. Buy a mopar pcm.Summit has them for $362.00. If you need more info, check out the Dakota Mailing List, they have an extensive archive of pro-con on alot of aftermarket stuff.
