It will bolt up, but I think you have to use the bellhousing that comes with the later tranny. Also, you may need (or simply just want to) switch to the new style pilot bearing. Clutch set up should be ok, if you go to the later hydraulic clutch set up. I know I have seen this done before, but I don't remember all the details. Perhaps someone on the board has a truck that this has been done to.
