Subframe connectors
For the sailor Son's '66 Barracuda: I think I read on this forum that the MP subframe connectors were not all that hot. Can someone direct me to where I might find good ones?
Also, knowing that this car will be for curvy, twisty roads, should I use subframe connectors at all? What good are they in this application? Thank you all. |

subframe connectors are good.! every unibody should have them. It's just much easier to tune, or get the benefits of a good suspension if the chassis is stiff. it gives you a constant area to work from. the less it flexes, the better those new koni shocks and addco sway bar will work.
as for a good pair of subframe connectors.. check out this page http://www.bigblockdart.com/connectors/connectors.htm enough info for the do it your selfer. for the price of shipping on a normal set of subframe connectors, you can make your own. and put the rest of the money towards a roll cage!! |
