What "shot size" is the kit?
You may not "need" an extra fuel system, it depends on the amount of extra power the nitrous is set for and how much extra capacity your current fuel system has, but a seperate fuel system is a good idea (but alot of extra $$$.)

I think the general rule is that about 100 extra HP will take about 1-second off your 1/4 mile times? I think this "general" rule was really for cars in the 12 to 14 second range, as you go faster, it takes progressively more power for a simular ET reduction.

Default Nitrous

I would at LEAST use 3/8 but more like 1/2" perfered or -8.
You could get away with 3/8's line.. Just make sure the pump is in good condition.

My 340 (a little tired out and low on compression - 8.5:1) was running a 14.5 without nitrous and with a 125 shot it ran a best of 13.2. Maybe this helps.
