Default Hunting Season Opens in 24 hours....no bag limits!

atoetly and I plan on doing some hunting down and exterminating of some Rats, Mice, Mustangs, Impalla's, Thunderbirds and several other types of annoying vermine and scruffy beasts.....

I think I'll go and check and see if my motor will run OK on a Saturday.....(any excuse to fire the Mighty 318......)

Default Dam rain.....

Well we got there Saturday afternoon and were of course the first one's in line at the gate for the 2002 season.

Rat Poison (atoetly's 440 Dart) and the better mouse trap were ready for the hunt to begin, but where was everyone? A little rain, snow and hail seemed to keep all the varmints hiding in there winter lar's.

As cold as it was we still had a great time at the gate, BBQ'd some nice big steaks, sipped on some of that belly warming brown liquor and watched the latest video release of Pearl Harbor.

Doug Wilson showed up with his darling little girl and we all had a great time BS'ing over dinner and whiskey. It was determined by all present that both Allan and I would go undefeated in the 2002 season.....LOL...might have been the brown liquor doing the voting?

It was great to meet Doug and his daughter, we tossed them a blanket and a couple of pillows and they spent the night in tug with the hounds and the gang in anticipation of seeing the mighty Mopars assault the 1320......did I mention that breakfast at the Oregon Berry Patch was pretty good?

We all headed to the Beaverton homestead to catch most of the NASCAR race everyone cheered wildly as Sterling added to his lead with another top ten fininsh....go MOPAR!!!!

All in all it was a good day, with good friends, new and old.
