I'd use the 360 and sell the 318. The compression is low in the 360 for starters. A slight milling of the heads would really help. A bump to 9.0-1 or 9.5-1 would be great.
You state that your 318 is running high 14's. I'm guessing you want the 360 to run at least a second quicker into the 13's. If not low 13's. I would do the following...

Scrap/sell the Performer with the 318 and pick up a Edel. RPM intake. (Or Stealth)
Install 2.02's and do a little bowl work to the heads with the milling. The bowl work, not neccery, but would help out a bit and provide room to grow with incase your cam gets bigger.
For a cam, it depends on a few things. A basic recomendation I could give would be a 340HP cam from MoPar. The replacement grind has a chop to it and should provide a little more top end.
This is a mellow cam (ethier cam) that'll get the job done and be easy on the street manors.

Spare parts?
Useing the 360 cam in the 318 isn't a bad idea. It's just that it's used and I wouldn't bother when there are so many grinds out there to chose from.

Exclamation

If you use the Performer on the 360 you will have some restriction problems as the Performer has runners sized for the 318, not 360. You would have to spend some $$$ enlarging the intake runners and might as well apply that $$$ to the Performer RPM and be done with it. The RPM also helps the ENTIRE powerband if you have the other parts reasonably matched. 440cj

Yea, what 440cj said. Theres nothing wrong with the performer. You can open up the ports yourself. A die grinder will do with a port matching into the runners approx. 1 inch.
However the RPM just simply rocks over the Performer.
I have no exper. with the holly street dominator. I have seen it before and the owner loved it for what he was doing. Just a little upgrading.
Since you allready have the pistons, just mill the stock heads. You'll be fine.
