I'm currently looking to buy a 2000 Durango. Before I spend the great deal of greenbacks, what would it take to squeeze 300 hp and 400ftlb out of the 360 and keep it reliable? Stock outputs just aren't enough!

IT'S NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. I PERSONALLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND A 5.2 IN A DURANGO. YOU SHOULD CHECK OUT WWW.HOLLEYMTS.COM THEY HAVE SOME RADICAL DURANGO'S FOR SALE AND NOT TOO EXPENSIVE. UNFORTUNATELY, THE DURANGO IS NOT LISTED ON THAT SITE BUT LOOKING AT THE OTHER TRUCKS THEY BUILD YOU CAN SEE WHAT I MEAN. GOOD LUCK!!!!

ALSO, RIGHT NOW THAT I KNOW OF, IS THAT THEY HAVE A STAGE ONE DURANGO FOR SALE. ALL THERE TRUCKS THAT ARE MODIFIED ARE BACKED BY THE STANDARD CHRYSLER WARRANTY. AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE MODS DONE BEFORE YOU TAKE DELIVERY. I SHOULD KNOW I HAVE THERE 1998 SUPERCHARGED V-10 QC, THAT WAS THERE SHOW TRUCK. SINCE THEN THOUGH I'VE MADE OTHER MODS PAST THERE TOP STAGE 3 KIT.

Is there any information on the effects on longevity of superchaged motors?

I see alot of info on quarter times and race applications, but is something like the blower that Kenne Bell sells a real bad idea for towing? Also curious about the longetivity of a set up like this.
