building a hot 440 sixpack

Hi I want to build a 440 sixpack motor for the street Im looking to get 450 to 475 ponies out of it. anybody got any good ideas for me. I can spend around $4000 . my buddy is stroking his 350 to a383 dart heads the works . I want to keep mopar on top i'm runing a 71 dodge challenger r/t he has A 69 z28. thanks :) :)
