Your Ramcharger has the typical 1/2-20 studs so the torque per the service manual is 105 Ft. Lbs. or 142N-m.

Is that for all wheels? I mean is that for aluminium wheels and steel wheels? I am looking for the torque specs for aluminum wheels.
Thanks Dan S |

That is all it listed in the service manual, so I assume so. I generally use 95-100 Ft. Lbs., on my aluminum rims on my road racer, but it has the shank style nuts and 3" lugs. I think the torque would be fine for the aluminum or steel wheels. Just remember that aluminum rims need to be retorqued after a few miles. The aluminum tends to expand and shrink as they heat up and cool down while driving. I normally run them about 20 miles and get the brakes warmed up and torque them again, then check them a day or two later. Also, anti-seize is a good idea on the threads to help you get them off later.
