P5 small block cylinder head
Was just nosing around in the new mopar parts book, when I came across the P5 small block cylinder heads for the R4 block.
Aparently these heads come in two configurations ; the wedge style and the hemi style. Has has anyone else on this board heard about or seen these heads yet : I'm just wondering if they are the new heads for the truck hemi engine...... Jimm II |

No there not. They are there own special head. I seen them up close last year or year before at the track in Virgina. Just outside of Richmond in Dimwiddie. (SP?)
I meet Scoot G at the MoPar trailer. We hit it off and he gave me a little tour of whats goin on. Then I got an intro to a team using the P-5 set up. The heads are huge for a small block. The HEMI heads for the up and coming engine are very different from the P-5. There was a shot of the new engine in Hot-Rod I think. Not the best shot, but good enuff to see a few things. |
