Default torquey 360?

i was thinking of building a torquey 360 for a 4x4. my idea was a bit unconventional. i thought i might try a twin turbo 360. i know its getting more common but not the way i plan on doing it. i was thinking of using the small 2.2L mopar turbos that are more suited for 318s. that will give tremendous low end with limited top end (dont plan on more than 4500 ever) i was told that these turbos will alllow 8-10 psi by 2500 rpm making for a quick spooling 318. so my guess is i can spool nearly off of idle with a 360 and same turbo. i was thinking small cam with 260 some thing degrees and 114 lobe center. 450 ish lift. performer/rpm intake and commander 950 efi (700cfm) stock type refreshed j heads. stainless valves and other work to freshen up but no port work. around 8.5:1 ish. intercooled. 6-8psi or so.
what do you think? power guestimates? enough torque? comments?
