I'm not sure on years, but Volare brakes will swap over. BUT, the knuckle height is about 1/4" taller than the knuckle you have now. This means that your suspension geometry will be affected. The part that will be affected most is the upper ball joint. A taller knuckle will push the upper control arm further up, which will require the ball joint to articulate further than normal. No one as of yet has reported this to be a problem, but you should know.

The more accepted swap is from a 73-76 A-Body or 73-74 E-Body.

Default Don't do it!

I converted my 68 charger from drums to discs. No go on those spindles from the volare. There is a correct and still affordable way to do this using all mopar parts. You should use spindles from a 73-76 discbrake equipped "A" body or 73-74 "E" (obviousely w/discs also)

I DID THIS CONVERSION USING THE WRONG SPINDLES, AND BELEIVE ME WHEN I SAY THAT MY CAR WAS NO FUN TO DRIVE, DOWNRIGHT SCARY!

But don't take my word for it, take a look at an article written by a guy who knows more about this swap than any of us, just let me know your email address and I will send you the article, goes over whole swap in detail and even furnished part #'s and sources for parts. Plus, you end up with 11.75" rotors when you are done.

Default brakes (con't)

I forgot to mention that I aquired the correct spindles, installed them and my problems went away. But not before the wrong spindles lunched one of my ball joints (a ball joint that was brand new when I first did this conversion, took only @1000 miles to wreck the thing)

This was discussed at length about a month ago. If you flip through a few pages of the topics, you will find a couple of boards that clearly explain how to do it.

Even expected cost, doner cars, ect are discussed.

Aspen parts are way wrong.
