Hey Steve... where've you been? I haven't seen your blue '68 Dart 4 door 273 car out at Keystone since '98! I was hoping to see you out there sometime this year, but I guess we just kept going at different times. I'd like to get in touch with you again about your Dart, and because I'm thinking of building a 273 engine for my daily driver '71 Valiant 4 door. You might remember it from last year... grandparents' car green faded paint, /6 with headers and duals, mid 18's... sound familiar? I don't want to put my phone number on the internet, (who knows what kind of psychos and Phord drivers are seeing this) and Keystone's only open 2 more sundays at best, so I don't know what to do here. Get back to me, and we'll figure it out. I think you gave me your phone number way back in '98, but who knows where it is now?

Yeah man, I remember you. I'm done racing this year, but I'd be glad to tell you how to build that 273. Mine runs high 13's now, but I'm having problems smoking plugs when I changed to 360 heads. If you look at my new topic on torque converters you can see some of my engines internals. See ya,
Steve |
