Default FS: MSD and k & n
Have a msd 6a ignition and a k & n air cleaner ( this includes the base, lid, and 14 x 3 k&n filter). Also have a msd 8.5mm wires.
msd - sold
k&n - $40
wires - sold

what kinda shape is the k&n in? Does it come with everything I need to bolt it right up?

Its in excellent shape, didn't use it very long. I dont have the offset bolt you will need to bolt in on and you will need a 1/2" spacer for the base. I may have a spacer laying around somewhere, but I will have to look.

All parts are used and I do not have the universal harness, I just spliced it in.

Default Wiring harness
I had a custom made wiring harness made that eliminated any splicing of wires. I'll sell it at a very reasonable price. However I want to mention it took over $40 to fab up. The reason I wouldn't mind getting rid of it is because my 99 dakota uses a different coil adapter than my former 97 dakota.

Question Brass cap and rotor
Can someone please tell me why alot of member's use brass cap and rotor? Is it for better conductivity?
