Default what do you guys think?

Well I am thinking about trading in my 1995 2500 V10 Ram and purchasing a 2000 CTD with the sport package. My question is the truck is listed for $27000. It looks good and has about 50000 miles on it. Is this worth the price? My V10 has just turned 60000 miles. Should I just keep my V10 or what. I mean I love the truck, but would love to have a diesel. Just some thoughts please.

For just a couple of thousand more, you can get a brand new truck with 0 miles. Not sure about dealers in your area, but there are a couple in Oklahoma that will drop ship it to your dealer.

www.meltonsales.com
www.autoinvoice.com

I've talked with both dealers and they both told me they could order the truck, handle the financing, and have D-C ship it to my local dealer.

2002 DODGE 2500 QUAD CAB 139"WB , No-Miles
Ext. Black Int. k5- Camel Cloth
Eng. 5.9 Cummins Diesel Trans. 4-Speed Automatic Pkg. 2G
Stock #320079 *
Blue Book: $34085 NO HAGGLE: $27990

Just one example. You could even fly down there and drive it home. One heck of a way to break it in.

Biggrin Go Cummins!!!!

I don't miss my gasser at all! gitchesum makes a very good case to price shop and check out the leads he gave. Sounds like the thing to do. If you liked the V10, you'll love a Cummins. Nothing wrong with better MPG and more grunt.
