well i can't see that.these are some of the best cars made, restored, raced and driven to this day and i sure would hate to see them go. i,ve always ran plymouth engines in my mopars. they always seemed to run a little better then most.i don,t have a mopar car now. but i,m running a 69 plymouth 440 six pack block crank ,rods and 906 head in my steet rod. its a 37 three window buisness mans coupe a (studebaker dictator)its got plymouth 727 torqeflight, a plymouth steering coluum, plymouth wiring. master cylinder & proportioning valve, turn signals ect. i built the car from a wrecked runner.theres no emblems on the car(the baker) so every one thinks its a mopar.(mopar performance valve covers). my father owned the runner and grandfather the baker. both needed each other to make one great car.. my faimlys owned nothing but mopars and my first car was a 70 charger with a 440 4-speed. i learnd to drive in a 68 plymouth barracuda.(318 car)moms car. i just had to say, i hope chrysler can come up with a new rear wheel drive car (runner, cuda?) that can spark new interest in the plymouth brand. p.s. i found a 1937 or 38 5-window plymouth in a garage where i was working sunday. the owner was't home. but i'm going to try to pick that up.if he will sell? the 440s on the stand looking for a new home. mopars rule!!!! and its still morpower for me!!!!!
