Need 413 rebuilt or short block

I have a 65 Imperial with the original 413 c.i. I need a new engine. I am told I need a 1962 or newer. A 440 would also be acceptable. I'm in Maryland. I'll pay the shipping, or get it myself. Please let me know if you have/find one. Thanks, Andy
