Default Paint experts - what color is this???

I need to get a can of touch up paint made for my car. The previous owner says its the same color as on the fender tag, which is Y3 which I think Is Cream. He remembered the color name as Sun Fire Yellow, though, which is Y2. Here are some pics of the car -

(copy and paste these url's in your web browser, for some reason the links aren't working)

It looks a lot more of a yellow to me than a cream. Anyone have a clue?

Default Y3 color code

It's my recollection that's a yellow indeed. For a Plymouth it's called Lemon Twist, and I forget the Dodge name for it. My Duster is painted that color, and I'm rather partial to it.
If you'd like to see the color, check out my site for the Duster

Actually, we kind of ruled out Lemon Twist. Right now I'm thinking it's between '69 Y3 code Yellow Gold, and Y2 code which is SunFire Yellow.

I can't seem to find any pictures of Yellow Gold though so I can't compare.

Yellows are hard to ID from photos, lighting changes the hue. In the second image the rear of the car looks more pastel than the sides.

Unhappy paint match?

hmmm...sounds like the color on my satellite, which is being cloned anyway, but here is a suggestion...awhile back i needed some touch-up paint for the front air-dam on my 91 sierra pick-up that was customized w/some kinda burgundy. after hitting all the parts store for what i thought was the right color in those finger nail polish lookin applicators, i never found the correct color. i finally went to an independent auto parts place that sell automotive paint of various brands...dupont,ppg,etc...they took this gadget lookin thing, i think it had 4 prongs under neath and a led display on front w/numerical buttons. they held this up to the side of my truck, pushed a button and it came up with a formula that they could mix and presto...a perfect match for my truck...shaky

91 GMC...not too bad
1970 rr/clone...havin it my way, just like mcdonalds
