Unhappy

I just bought a new dodge dakota. Dealer has installed a bedliner that has caused paint chips & rust after only 3 months. I am postive they cut one down but do not know how to find out what size it was originally. I have the Mopar # & model #. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
