tranny troubles
I will start from the begining, end of last season went out in heat race and found the tranny leaking fluid. Once I got home looked under and found it was coming from the bellhousing. Pulled tranny had rebuild job including, bushing, pump gasket, cluthches, etc. Put it back in car and guess what still pours out tranny fluid. When it sits at a idle I can see fluid starting to run around the inside of the bellhouising and then leak on the floor. I have a 904/360 set up, always has worked well. I had the converter checked but did not replace it. The work was done at a good tranny shop locally and I am puzzled. I just fired the motor up tonight and havent pulled the tranny back out to see if maybe I tore the seal installing the converter. If anyone has had a similiar problem please let me know. Also tranny never during this time slipped or showed signs of performance failure.

Transmission Pins
Check my post in Trans. Pins, if tranny is not lined up WILL knock out front pump bushing and seal in about 2 sec.

Tranny is fixed! found converter snout had stressed causing it to take out the front bushing. How about helping me keep the belts on the car.
