Question 1988 318 fel pro head gaskets question

is there a right and a left head gasket i got frl pro head gaskets and they are both the exact same so the one side of the block i have to flip the gasket upsidedown to make it work is that ok or is there sappose to be a right and a left head gasket for this 318?

I never had a problem w/ a upsidedown gasket. Theres no left and right.
