Default Visor Clip Removal help

I'm trying to drop the front of the headliner to do a video install and I can't figure out how to remove the visor clips that hold the small end of the visor in place. It's a 99 without the overhead console. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

they are a squeeze type . you need to pull the outer edges firmly but gently dont squeeze too hard then pull straight down.
