Default cam question help!

i want to make sure i dont over spend to much. i decided on a 474 lift cam for my 69 440. i read in my shop manual the stock cam has a lift of 425/435. going from a lift of 425 to 474, will i need to buy new rods, springs and retainers?
if ya want to know its a mopar purple cam im getting. oh yeah if you want to know the t.n.t 440, cam had a lift of 455.

Ma Mopar recommends P3690933 springs with the .474 lift cam, they have a lbs loading of about 109 lbs installed height & 333 lbs open, good quality retainers & keepers will be a wise move.

Not sure what you mean by rods, I'll guess pushrods & you're asking if to use a Chrome Moly Steel H/duty type, if it was me yes, because I have a lead foot, factory ones might be ok but good insurance to swap.
