Default Edelbrock single plane intake in a 70 Cuda.

Will I be able to close my hood on my 70 'Cuda if I put an Edelbrock single plane intake and Demon carb on a 383? From the pictures I've seen, the single plane looks taller than the dual plane.

If you check an Edel catalog, they show the dimensions of their intakes. Compare your unnamed single plane to the performer's height. that is very close to stock.
