Oil additive needed
Since my Dart sits for so long before I get to drive it I was wondering what I could put in the crankcase to help coat the internals so I don't wear the thing out on dry starts. I know there are a lot of different additives out there but I want to know what success you guys have had with a certain product. I am getting quite a bit of rocker arm clatter after start up and could be lifters not pumping up or just takes a while for the oil to get up there. Either way I want to eliminate the dry starts.

Prolong
It's the only one I've ever seen that actually helped. It is a metal treatment not an oil treatment according to Prolong. I dumped my oil in the burnout box at E-town and no one noticed or stopped me. I ran the run and didn't hurt a thing no oil no oil pump pickup. The pump pickup turned and got hit by a rod and knocked it threw the side of the pan.
