I am trying to find out how to or if its possible to keep the factory 66 am radio I have but add new electronics. I would like to convert it to am/fm & cd changer controler
if possible please post. Thanks sctur601 |

Have you thought about adding a completely seperate system.e.i. stereo in the glove box(w/wireless remote),or building a custom center console.
I have done it in several different older cars with out much trouble. |

yea ive thought about that and it will probably be what I will do, I just thought it would be cool to be able to turn on the old radio and have good quality sound come out.

I've had some customers think the same thing,but its not to easy putting 2000 technology into 1966 structure and still retain good sound quality and dependability.
