Default 402 CID Crate Motor

Has anyone heard much about the new crate motor. I am especially intrested in the idle quality of the engine and what installation problems are there for an installation in a 1970 Barracuda with a LA 727 trans.

I've heard that all the accessory brakets like alternator, P/S pump, etc from your old small block, dont directly bolt up well to the new magnum engines. Otherwise the 5300 bucks they want for the motor doesnt sound bad.
