Cool

I just rebuilt the rear brakes on a rearend from a 74 Dodge Charger. I got everything including drums from Pep Boys. It just took a while for them to look-up all the parts I needed. Which was everything from the backing plate out.

Why aren't your local stores good enough? I just freshened my 11 x 2 1/2" rear drums on my Dana and was able to get new springs, shoes, wheel cylinders and Drums from my local NAPA and CarQuest. I did have to order a kit to convert them from manual to auto adjust from Jim's Auto Parts. What else did you need?

Any parts store should have everything- you can get a kit easily (was ~$12Canadian last time I got it) that includes new springs, hold down pins, even the plugs for the backing plate. The only thing it didn't have was the adjusting stuff which shouldn't be to hard to find if needed.
