Default Cross Ram manifolds

What would be the approx. value of a set of cross ram manifolds?
The kind that I'm talking about isn't the max wedge ones but the ones that came on a chrysler 300 letter car I know of a salvage yard that has two sets sitting in a shed!
Both are just manifolds without carbs or linkages.

Long ram manifolds, maybe 4-600. Check Ebay. Remember the buyer determines the selling price.

Default Very cool

Those look just like the ones that I want to buy except that they are just the bare manifolds without that cross over tube and no linkage or carbs
BTW if I do get these manifolds what cfm carbs do you think I should run and where can I find a linkage or will I have to fabricate one?
Thanks for the help.

Chuck

I saw several sets at carlisle last year, and while I cannot remember exact prices, seemed reasonable. (remember one set without carbs but some linkage for @3-400. Plus, you cannot beat the visual effect.

Default Long Ram Intakes

They may not fit as they were used on the big Chryslers llike the 300J, etc. Are the exhaust manifolds there at that yard? If I remember correctly, they had special exhaust manifolds that connected to the intakes for carb heat. I've seen some intakes for sale over the years, but I've never seen the exhaust manifolds to go with them.

I've have an idea that these intakes would make a great EFI setup, except someone might shoot you for modifying them. They would work great on a truck engine for that low end GRUNT!

Default Manifolds & EFI

No the exaust manifolds are no where to be seen
And I have thought about putting a holley TBI on the manifolds if they will bolt up
BTW this car would only be driven on nice days so would I need carb heat with or without the EFI???

The long rams won't fit in any B body without major butchery to the shock supports.

Chuck,
Take a look at the image attached to my post and notice the relationship of the ram manifold plenums to the valve covers. Then notice the relationship of the valve covers in your B body to the shock supports and you'll see how much needs to be hacked out (especially on the passenger side).

go to the link below:

http://www.rancefi.com/

then scroll down on the left and find Mopar manifolds, then scroll down on that page (right hand side) and you will see a long ram manifold that has been fuel injected.

Well I might have found a c- body to put those cross rams on it's a late 60's Fury II four door radio delete car. It currently has a 318 under the hood but that would change to a big block if I get the manifolds
Any reason to buy another mopar is a good one as far as I'm concerned!
