Default Tuning Help

Hi,
Here's my dilema:
I have a '77 New Yorker with a 440. I know it has a Thermo-Quad carb. I wanted to know if anyone could tell me how to "tune" the carb. It has a prety bad hesitation and i think it is running to rich
thanks,
Steve

Heres a couple of sites that I have just ran across that may help you out. The hesitation is probly a pumpshot adjustment. Running rich may require a rod change. There hard to get a hold of and you must know exactly where you stand and what you have. The second site can tell you what you have in the carb via carb number located on the mounting pad.
