Default vacum leak or broken PVC valve

When my car motor is idling,vacum shaking between 13-14 inch
and same time PVC valve in the valve cover keep very fast and noisy rattle.In my frends car (440 mag like I have and same parts inside and outside)when idling vacum is steady 14 and PVC valve didnĀ“t shakin

nice engine! don't know about the vac. problem, never happened to me.

to tell if there is a vacuum leak, spray either water or starter fluid around the intake and base of the carb. if the idle changes, you got a leak...

Mines doing the same thing, in my newly rebuild 383? Did you end up replacing it? and did that solve the problem?

This is easy enough to check. Disconnect the hose and cap it so you know there's no leak. See if your vacuum steadies up.
