car needs rescued

I have found a 63 plymouth valiant convertible for sale it is sitting behind a house in a alley. It is a slant 6 3spd white/red interior. Thier is a very faded for sale sign with $2000.00. I think that the owner would take less. The body is rough,the sign says new motor. I am working on getting a phone number. I would buy it myself but, I have no place for.
