I was driving from work today in my 72 Satellite Sebring . A Honda Civic with a fart pipe and couple of spoilers pulls up beside me at the lights. Keeps reving his engine looking at me. The light turn green and I nailed the throttle.
I took off from him like he was standing still.
I wounder if he knew he got smoked by a 3800 lb car with a 318 4 bbl with a very mild cam.
He must of saw the fast and the furious too may times

i myself am a chevy man ( just here trying to gather info for a friend who has a 68 coronet r/t 440 ) i have a 71 chevelle ss 454 with 4 speed. but i dont care what make it is there is no substitute for cubic inches

I just sort of enjoy sitting up in the air at stock heighth in The Mighty Dodge looking down on the ricers and their phart tips pondering if they think my modded 360 V8 sounds as bad to their ears as their buzzy-phart-phart engine sounds to my ears. No one in their right mind would want that buzzy-phart-phart engine sound to come from their own vehicle.
