Default How 'too big' are 440-C heads on a 383

Ok, here's the question, how too big are Indy 440-C heads on a street driven 383. I'm just curious cause I'm going to get some for a future 511cid stroker 440 and if I could put them on the 383 for now, that'd be great. I really think they'd make driving on the street a living hell though, lose all my low end. I'm also curious to how fast you think this car will be in the 1/4 with slicks, here it is-70 challenger 383, 18 spline hemi 4-speed, 3.91 SG. 383 has 9.7:1 CR, ported and polished 516 heads with bigger valves, lunati 292/.480 cam, 1.5:1 crane roller rockers, port matched perf. rpm intake, holley 750, K&N filter and lid, hooker comp 1 7/8 headers, ceramic coated, 3' TTI exhaust, should be around stock weight, its all metal except for a fiberglass shaker hood. I think thats it. Also, about how much lift would I have with that cam and 1.6 ratio rockers?
Thanks
