Question RB water pump housing question (easy)

Hello Folks,

I want to remove the heater hoses from my 71 440 and plug the holes where the barbs were on the water pump housing.
Is this going to cause any cooling problems? I don't think so, but I just want to double check before i do it.

Thanks,
Brian

I don't know what your weather is like there but if it freezes in winter make sure the coolant is good before you block it off. Their will always be some coolant in your heater core and eventually it will deteriate the core.
